1. How Laws in education effected the lives of students,administrators, teachers, non-teaching staffs, parents, and other stakeholders, and on how it would benefit them positively?
2. Mrs. Jee the mother of Sheryll a Grade 1 pupil of a public elementary school in LCCC files at the office of Dr. Sha, the Regional Director of Region 18 NIR an Administrative complaint for misconduct against Mr. Joe,a teacher of said school. Is the complaint filed at the correct venue?
3. Superintendent Lowe issued an order appointing Nesty, the son of her brother to work at the City Division Office as Accountant. Mr. Andy, the Administrative Officer of the City Division Office, filed a complaint against Superintendent Lowe for Nepotism. After a fact-finding investigation on said complaint, the Secretary of Education issued a formal charge and an order of Preventive Suspension for 90 calendar days. Superintendent Lowe filed a motion for reconsideration asking the Secretary to set aside the Order of Preventive Suspension, since the complaint does not involve any of the charge mentioned in Section 15 of the Revised Rules of Procedures. The Secretary issued an Order denying the motion for reconsideration. Is the Order Proper?
